Podcast appearances, articles and industry contributions
I regularly contribute to manufacturing podcasts, industry publications and professional platforms, sharing practical insight on delivery performance, capacity planning, Lean improvement and leadership.
These are independent podcasts, publishers and organisations that have invited me to contribute based on my experience working inside manufacturing businesses.
Below is a selection of podcast appearances, articles and interviews where these topics are explored in more depth.
If you have a manufacturing podcast, news or magazine site or run a manufacturing conference and are looking for insights in leadership and improvement then do get in touch mark@levantar.co.uk.

How these conversations relate to my work
The common theme across these podcasts and publications is simple:
Most manufacturing performance problems aren’t caused by lack of effort or poor intent.
They’re caused by a lack of clarity around capacity, delivery and flow.
Caused by a lack of understanding how factories work and how whether they are Make to Order, Design to Order, Make to Stock and how this affects stocks, training, planning, procurement.
That’s why my work with manufacturing businesses starts with a Factory Performance Diagnostic Review, before Lean programmes, coaching or hands-on leadership support.
This allows improvement activity to focus on the issues that genuinely affect
- capacity
- delivery performance
- cash flow and
- growth.
