The Factory Diagnostic Performance Report Process is a 5 stage process. 

1. Video Call  – for you to introduce your Factory and talk about your Manufacturing Challenges. You find out more about the onsite Process and about our experience.  This call is FREE.   Book Your Video Call Now.
2. Preparation for Site Visit – You send through an example weekly Production Plan + any reports or Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) you use to monitor your factory with. Don’t worry if you don’t have any. 
3. Site Visit – Full day on site observing and interviewing staff involved in the full Manufacturing Cycle. That’s the process from Order Intake to Dispatch.  We collect examples of performance, photographs, videos and use a common Factory Performance Questionnaire.
4. Factory Diagnostic Performance Report – We deliver a full report covering Suppliers, Operations Planning, Performance, Customer Focus, Strategy Alignment.  The report has a section detailing key projects in the order that we would recommend. The report is normally available 2 weeks after the site visit.
5. Factory Diagnostic Performance Feedback – We organise another video call to go through the report. It gives you the chance to ask further questions, discuss key projects and use us a sounding board for improvements. covering Suppliers, Operations Planning, Performance, Customer Focus, Strategy Alignment.  The report has a section detailing key projects in the order that we would recommend. The report is normally available 2 weeks after the site visit.
