Working with a team of staff from several offices identify improvements that could be made to the existing retail conveyancing processes.

Using Process Improvement techniques and facilitating a number of workshops we identified 23 improvement projects. The outcome was the business could increase output by almost 20% in this field and has invested further in improvement.
